At present, the Academy's training centre is situated at its registered office address, in the heart of Pune city (Maharashtra, India) which is fast emerging as the educational hub of South-east Asia. The institute is being supported by a well-established organization viz 'Construction Diagnostic Centre', a testing laboratory and consulting firm having all the ultra-modern test facilities including Non-Destructive Tests.  The Institute has already acquired land admeasuring about 70,000 Sq.ft. in the picturesque Urawade valley in the Sahyadri hill range, about 16 Kms from Pune. The new campus will have state-of-the-art facilities and smart classrooms.

For all the courses, the teaching faculty will be from the construction industry having rich experience and expertise in their respective fields. Interaction with top professionals / key personals from the construction industry will also be part of every course. The institute has stalwarts from every sector of the construction industry on their board of advisors. The trainees will benefit immensely from the rich experience of all these directors & advisors, as interaction with them shall imbue professionalism in every trainee.

The syllabi are designed to lay emphasize on practical professional knowledge, along with a exposure to the latest and modern topics in construction engineering. Every course is proposed to have theory lectures, field / lab demonstrations / practical workshops, visits to construction sites / manufacturing plants, film shows and such other engaging educational tools. Some of the courses will include hands-on experience of actual site-work. Keeping abreast of the  rapid developments in construction engineering and industrialisation of construction sector, the syllabi will be regularly updated.
