The Academy is founded by Er. A. M. Ranade. He is Practicing as a Architect, Chartered Engineer, Structural / Project Management Consultant and Valuer since 1962. During this period have executed number of projects such as Airport , Laboratories, Commercial / Mass housing projects, Educational Complexes, Cement ,Soyabean, Chemical plants, Sugar factories, Heavy duty workshops, Thermal power plants, Specialised structures such as Elevated water tanks, Bunkers, Silos, Effluent / water treatment plants for various Govt., Semi. Govt. & private organisations. He is a Key organising member of various seminars, workshops on topics such as Earthquake / structural engineering etc Er. A. M. The Academy is founded and headed by Er. Ravi Ranade, a Civil engineer. He is a professional consultant having more than 20 years of rich experience in the fields of Structural Design, Non Destructive Testing, Material testing, Concrete Technology, Earthquake Engineering, Quality control and Quality Audit. He has designed a number of projects such as Airports, Commercial / Mass housing projects, Educational Complexes; Cement ,Soya bean, Chemical as well as Sugar factories, Thermal power plants and Specialised structures in India as well as abroad. He has tested various RCC structures such as Bridges, Dams, Tunnels, Express ways, Water tanks, Earthquake / Blast / Fire -damaged structures etc. He has organized a number of workshops, seminars as well as lectures on various civil engineering subjects. Er. Ranade has published numerous papers at the national & international level on these topics. He has guided a number of Graduate / Post Graduate-level projects. He is an Ex-Organising committee member of 'The Institution of Engineers', & 'Indian Society of Structural Engineers', Pune, India Local Centre. A Jury / committee member for various awards of Institution of Engineers, Architects, Engineers & Surveyors Association, S.B. Joshi Smruti Puraskar etc. Mr. Ranade is, at present, a Member of The Heritage Structure Committee of Pune Cantonment Board. A recipient of the prestigious 'Sir Vishwesharaiya Centenary Award 2000'. As Visiting Faculty at Centre for Disaster Management, YASHADA, Maharashtra Govt., Pune, Mr. Ranade contributes to the training programs conducted for top Government Officers, Engineers and Administrators on topics such as 'Earthquake Engineering' & 'Construction Practices'.
